Abstract
Fractures of the scapula are extremely rate in children and those associating with a coracoid process fractures is even more rare. The mechanism of injury may be attributed to a direct highenergy blow. Most require only temporary immobilization
for
pain control or no treatment at all. Operative treatment is required in extremely rare circumstances. Surgical indications in children include open fracture, glenoid fracture with glenohumeral instability, soft tissue impingement, severe muscle
tearing,
and thoracic penetration. This case was treated by open reduction and pull-out suture of coracoid process using Nylon for acromioclavicular seperation, and myorraphy was done for infraspinatus avulsion. Review of the Literature is also done.
